Check the architectural layout layouts to see which way the access doors will face. Route your main sheet metal trunk lines, branches, and large structural hangers so they stay at least 36 inches clear of the side of the VAV box enclosure containing the electrical access panel and motor assembly. Do not wrap heavy hangers directly across an access panel door cover.
