Inside cuts require the tool path to compensate inward (kerf inside the line), outside cuts compensate outward. Verify tool compensation direction in the program for every part type. Wrong compensation makes parts either too small or too large.
Do not hide, force, cover, or “make it work” if this affects safety, access, airflow, rated assemblies, supports, equipment, or inspection. Stop and verify the approved correction.
