The gore segment may not be fully seated in its swage track. Reset the elbow mechanically first, then fasten and seal it.
['Adjustable elbows seal only when the gore segments are nested correctly. If one segment is sitting proud or off its track, the seam can leave a jagged gap that leaks under pressure.', 'Loosen any lock screws, rotate the gore back into position, check the throat is round/open, then fasten and seal. If the seam is bent or cracked, replace the fitting instead of hiding it with sealant.']
