What is the proper way to set a wedge anchor (drop-in) in concrete without blowing out the hole?

1. Drill the hole at a 90-degree angle to the concrete deck using the correct depth-stop on your hammer drill. 2. Blow the concrete dust completely out of the hole (dust left inside prevents the anchor from setting correctly). 3. Insert the drop-in anchor flush with or slightly below the concrete surface. 4. Insert the setting tool into the anchor and strike it hard with a hammer until the shoulder of the setting tool sits flush against the top of the anchor. Never strike the anchor thread
