Use a system walk: equipment → main → branches → dampers → devices. Find restrictions/leaks/closed dampers before calling it design.

Check

Start at equipment/VAV and confirm system/tag.
Walk main duct for crushed sections, leakage, disconnected pieces, or wrong size.
Walk branches for closed dampers, bad takeoffs, flex restrictions, and missing seals.
List each issue by room/grid with photo.
Bring a clean punch list to foreman/TAB before retest.
