send a fabrication error back to the shop with usable information receiving, staging & shop-to-field flow shop fabrication error wrong duct remake field sketch measurements photo piece mark orientation communicate give the shop the piece mark, current revision, verified dimensions, orientation, reference points, photos, and exact mismatch so the replacement is not made wrong twice. i verified the current spool and measured from the control line. the heel is correct but the branch is mirrored; is this enough for the shop remake, or do you need a field sketch too?
