Verify that the installed section is supported by the approved permanent or temporary support before releasing handling equipment or starting the next joint. Connection hardware is not a substitute for riser support.

Stop if

• Do not depend on corner bolts, screws, cleats, or a partly made joint to hold a vertical section.
