An RFI is a Request for Information. It is used when the drawings/specs do not answer the field condition or a clash needs official direction. Apprentices usually do not submit it directly, but they can gather the facts that make it useful.
Good RFI support includes room, gridline, elevation, drawing sheet, photos, dimensions, and a proposed field option.
