Pressure test is live and I found an inaccessible leak above ceiling
Treat an inaccessible active-test leak as a controlled repair. Mark it, coordinate access, depressurize if needed, inspect the actual joint, repair, cure, and retest.
Watch out Do not tear ceiling apart or improvise a live repair without direction.
Check Mark room/grid/tile location where leak is suspected. Do not reach blindly into a live/inaccessible test area. Coordinate ceiling/access removal with foreman. Inspect likely leak point: corner clip, gasket, collar, access frame, or seam. Repair with approved method and retest after cure.

Say this to your foreman We have a suspected hidden leak at [location] during the pressure test. Do you want the system depressurized/opened for inspection before repair?
