Steps

Write the exact room, system, gridline, and device tag.
Identify whether it is access, label, damper position, connection, diffuser/grille, or airflow path.
Take a photo showing the issue and nearby tag.
Fix only what is clearly within your scope and approved.
Ask whether to correct now, put on punch, or notify TAB/foreman.
