Not verifying that a rooftop unit curb is level and flashed before setting the unit

Before the crane sets any rooftop unit, physically verify that the curb is level in both directions and that the roof flashing is complete. Setting a unit on an unlevel curb stresses the cabinet, misaligns the drain pan, and voids the warranty.
