Not pre-planning the rigging sequence for a large air handler before the crane arrives

Crane time is expensive. Before the crane arrives, have a written lift plan, know the unit weight and center of gravity, have rigging staged and ready, and brief everyone on their role. Time wasted on crane day comes directly out of project profit.
