Not establishing a proper rigging plan reviewed by a foreman before setting a large RTU

A written rigging plan for any lift over 1,000 lbs or any lift over a public area is mandatory. The plan must include equipment weight and center of gravity, crane capacity, rigging configuration, and communication protocol. Have the foreman sign it before the crane arrives.
