My apprenticeship program wants field hours or task records and I kept none

This is not a duct emergency, but it is a real apprentice problem. Rebuild the log honestly from pay stubs, schedules, foreman/job records, and recent tasks; then ask your coordinator what format they accept.

• I fell behind on my field-hours/task log. I want to correct it honestly. What records and supervisor sign-off do you accept so I can catch up?
