Hanger layout not coordinated with sprinkler/cable tray
A hanger layout clash with sprinkler, cable tray, or another trade should be documented before drilling. Once you put the anchor hole in the deck, the conflict becomes your rework problem too.
Do not drill anchors into a clash that has not been coordinated.
Check
Stop before drilling or setting an anchor in the conflict area.
Identify exactly what is clashing: sprinkler pipe/head zone, cable tray, conduit, plumbing, structural item, or another trade's support.
Photograph the clash from two angles: one wide shot for context and one close shot showing the exact conflict.
Check whether your hanger can shift slightly while still meeting the approved spacing, load path, and support detail. Do not assume the shift is okay without confirming.
If a small shift will not solve it, mark the location, note the grid/room/elevation, and bring the photo to the foreman for coordination.

Say this to your foreman
My hanger at [grid/location] conflicts with [sprinkler / cable tray / other trade]. I have a photo. I may be able to shift it [distance/direction] and still stay within the support detail. Do you want me to shift it, or does this need a coordination call first?
