BIM coordination models are digital coordination references. They can show layers, elevations, clashes, and routes that may not be obvious on paper, but they are software/job-specific. Ask which view, trade layer, model version, and person controls the model before installing from it.
Use BIM as a coordination tool, not a solo approval slip. Verify model conflicts with your foreman/detailer/PM.
