Insert the damper blade assembly and continuous spring-loaded pivot rods through the pre-drilled holes in the side of the spin-in collar pipe. * Secure the exterior manual handle locking quadrant to the outside shaft, and check that the internal damper blade can rotate a full 90^\circ from fully open to fully closed without binding against the collar metal.
