As a senior apprentice, you have the authority and the obligation to stop work for unsafe conditions. Document the condition, notify your foreman immediately, and do not restart until the hazard is corrected and documented.
Do not hide, force, cover, or “make it work” if this affects safety, access, airflow, rated assemblies, supports, equipment, or inspection. Stop and verify the approved correction.
