    Cut metal and liner cleanly

    prevent liner debris

    seal exposed liner edges

    set tap flush

  5. 5

    fasten without tearing liner

  6. 6

    seal air barrier

  7. 7

    connect branch.

Quality check

  • No loose liner, exposed edges sealed, opening clear

Stop and verify

Stop if liner is wet, delaminated, or cannot be repaired
