    Cut outer shell

    remove insulation locally

  3. 3

    cut inner liner accurately

  4. 4

    install inner collar and seal

  5. 5

    restore insulation

  6. 6

    close outer collar

  7. 7

    connect branch.

Quality check

  • Inner air barrier sealed, insulation restored, outer shell neat

Stop and verify

Stop if inner joint cannot be inspected before closure
