    Cut square

    pull jacket/insulation back

    slide inner core over collar to bead

  4. 4

    clamp

  5. 5

    seal inner core

  6. 6

    restore insulation

  7. 7

    seal jacket

  8. 8

    support with gentle bends.

Quality check

  • Core fully extended, no sag/kink, jacket sealed

Stop and verify

Stop if flex is being used for excessive length or offset
