Look for
- Joints sealed and backside checked.
- Supports loaded and level.
- Access/dampers/VAVs reachable.
- Labels/tags visible.
- Flex, diffusers, grilles, and finish items ready.
- Other-trade damage or conflicts documented.
Document
- Wide photo per room/area.
- Close photo per issue.
- Short punch list with owner, location, and next step.
