Before startup
- Duct and return plenums are clean.
- Loose screws, cookies, packaging, and tools are removed.
- Dampers are in the intended position.
- Filters, access panels, and connectors are installed.
- Fans and equipment are clear of obstructions.
- Known leaks, rattles, and incomplete work are reported.
